Since 2012, the German-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce (AHK Azerbaijan), as the official representative of the German economy in Azerbaijan, has been supporting and informing companies on market entry and business development. AHK Azerbaijan emerged from the German-Azerbaijani Business Association (DAWF), which was founded in 1999. With currently 196 member companies (as of 20 June 2025), it is the strongest European business association in Azerbaijan.
